The mechanical design of this machine was made by us. It is a machine from the line of glazing  heavy ceramic insulators made by a German company in Romania. We control 2 axes in positioning and speed. There was problem in the friction between the insulator and the conducting disks.

The parts  from the pictures above are a stainless steel welded  collection trough / effluent trough and  screens for a waste water treatment plant.
We  received the order  from a Italian company general contractor for a waste water treatment plant in Romania
The mechanical engineering and  the mechanical design for these sub  assemblies  was made by our engineers.
Important issue was the dimension because the length is 9 meter and the alignment is difficult.

We  received the order  from South Africa via  Netherlands.,
The parts are carbon steel.
Important issue was clearance between the shaft and the bush because it works in hard conditions.
